Even funner is that just about 100% of every OTCBB stock dividend are always restricted shares that stay worthless and never become of any value. Hilarious someone talking of a dividend "maybe" next year. You are right people try to pick the pennies that can double or way more quickly. Not tie up wither money hoping and they end up stuck and down. LOL
