Nothing to be baffled by!! It’s smoke and mirrors bud. They are just content with doing nothing. If your still invested your crazy unless you have lost 3/4 of your money already then what the heck might as well ride it out!! I honestly don’t remember one PR that they have said something they where going to do and actually did it not one.
