I have discovered a pattern of CEOs that tweet are also the ones that dilute. That's why they tweet. They use it to pump the stock so they can dilute at a slightly higher price. Comanies that are focused on making deals and growing profits know that the PR with the actual deal will make the stock rise for share holders and are not desperate canaries. Just my opinion.
