I cant even think about touching this stock, its pathetic. The MM’s that control this stock are something else, Ive never seen a CEO buy this much and the stock continue to tank! To sit and hold Frosts bag for this long is dispicable and down right embarrassing. Im sure they didnt have HFT trading back in his heyday of building the two prior companies but what does he care? His silence has given him cheap continued control which is obviously his goal and shareholders, outside of shorts or “hedged longs”, he has given nothing nut a big fat pile of crap in a bag! Im ok waiting elsewhere but he should be ashamed of himself as a CEO and step down right away. No way in hell he will and noone can do a damn thing to force him out because this stock is right where he wants it and he almost has his 51%.
