The SEC didn't sanction Left but they barred Mona.
Mona deserved what he got and no one disputes that. He has also since retired (but that too is fake news, right?). And just because Left committed fraud in China doesn't make him any less a crook. Hong Kong banned Left but they didn't bar Mona. A crook is a crook no matter where he decides to apply his trade.
What does it say about a person that decides to associate with a known crook, even if the fraud was committed overseas?
Deal with it. $60 million in revenues is perfectly within reason and probably will happen. Deloitte and Touche don't make those kind of accounting errors.
If CBD oil really is a nothing product then it will all come out in the wash someday but I recommend that you don't hold your breath. Until then, cha-ching.
