The market cap has remained the same for months because that is the value of the company. Nothing more, and nothing less. The industry seems to agree, or else they'd look to take on a stake. Same goes with the insiders that aren't rushing out to buy up shares of the next big thing.

After the initial five RTEs, has the company managed to take on a single additional contract? Three or four dedicated sales personnel and not a single multi unit order. It was the R in the RTE that was supposed to change things for Sigma as the company was tired of watching others evaluate their software without buying it. Sadly it appears little if anything has changed, hence the disappearing of the quarterly calls.

It isn't the public's fault that this company is valued at such a low figure. The company simply hasn't put together a product or fair price for that product that has companies interested in the product in the here and now. If they did we would have heard about it from the mountain tops.
