red, Just wondering if you have any thoughts about how quickly they might do an r/s once current. I would think they would also have the CE removed before an r/s could happen and not sure if that can be removed before they are current with the fins. As I understand it, the CE is not specifically tied to the fins being current but I would think they need to show things are clean before they can try to remove the CE.
