That’s assuming both stores do similar amounts of Revenue, which I highly doubt.

A better comparison would be Blums largest competitor in Oakland, Harbourside.

38M in rev last year between 2 dispensaries, Oakland being their largest. Let’s call it ~25M for their Oakland dispo. I’d bet Blüm Oakland is somewhere in the 15-20M range

DP said last call the Nevada dispensaries sold for 3x revenue. That’d put the Western ave store they sold last year a little over 2m in rev and desert inn a little over 3m.

Not exactly the best comp valuation for a store doing 15m+ in sales
