It's a very fine line he is walking . Selling shares to raise capital Before he goes out
Of business . Well that's not going to happen Bc Sgmd at a penny can raise about 10 million
To $13 million . This would be Over time but if the volume is up it's much easier to sell shares to raise capital .
We would go to about 15 x sales . Add back in biz right rev and we 1 x sales . Does not get cheaper then this . ........To me sgmd is not doing one deal but all the deals . Biz right will be first and soon .
We may be able to close biz right before kJ funding .
This is my educated guess . kJ funding is 4 to 6 months away.
Sgmd know they need to stop the bleeding . Raise capital
Close bizright first . Remember number 1 clue is nobody walked
Away . Sgmd has something that gives them leverage to keep all player in .
Its impossible for Sgmd to buyout a much bigger company without leverage .
