It's mostly in government hands right now. The Senate needs to finish the hemp bill and give a green light for banks to start lending money and the FDA needs to set guidlines on hemp infused food, etc.. The CBD and overall pot manufactures are in support of guidelines because once that happens the entire industry will soar and that of course includes us.
