No but the master plans are poor quality scans/pictures, so much is unreadable.

I think the H shaped building you refer will be in lot just west of this construction based on my review of surrounding terrain and sign placement."
Yes the original Tech City sign is just west of the Camp Office and the smaller under construction building. The original location of the H building was southwest of the sign.
But per the Updated Master plan the H building was moved farther South and rotated to a North South axis.
My review of the January video puts the blessing and tree planting ceremonies Northeast of the H building and South of the Tech City entrance sign.
