TD had an article released this morning after market opened already. It gave a detailed plan of what was expected for this stock. It said the plan should be finalized by the end of July and the sweep should stop. It gave how much money would be raised through common shares and said they would be diluted by 30-35%. JPS all converted to commons, etc. It was pretty detailed. Now it’s gone, they pulled it for some reason! Had great info in it!
