According to court documents, they sue because they don't supply sales records and various other breaches of the contract. Some sue because the company didn't have the funds to make and ship the DVDs. One should expect the Distributor to actually deliver the product right? Is there any good excuse for not having the funds to make and ship the DVDs? Management used hospice. Is that a good one? Sad. Just sad.
