I am now beginning to wonder if the entity doing the tweeting is legit. I say this because I just visited the court website, and it looks as though the hearing is as scheduled for next Tuesday. So unless there is some significant delay in updating the website (which doesn't make sense to me), we may have seen a major selloff here based on a complete hoax.
I am not making any assumptions here, but these court websites usually update fairly rapidly when developments occur, and the withdrawal of a motion should be reflected almost immediately on the website, which is not the case.
That would be truly messed up if so many sold based on a sham!
Time will tell....
