Actually, we can.

Purchasing over 5% of a stock that is guaranteed to disappear BY LAW is incredibly stupid. Especially when the shares were acquired long AFTER the stock was already proven worthless.

It is, possibly, the stupidest thing a person could do, since there is zero chance of profit.

ZERO.

And that goes a long way to demonstrate the intelligence of those two individuals.

When it is a “Q” stock and the Monitor AND Court has said directly that the common equity will see nothing out of this...

...it is entirely possible to characterize the “investing” intelligence of anyone that would buy that much of a “Q” stock.

A very hard lesson is coming.
