Justin signed the purchase contract in the 8k for GRN funds. We are speculating what Justin will use the DCGD shell for that his hedge fund purchased 55% of. Some hope it will be GRN funds. Some think it will be the banking biz. He could be rolling a bunch of dispensaries and growers in here. We will know which when they tell us.

Look at the filings, controlling interest of the shell in process of being secured, with 90 day lock up on the sellers remaining shares and Costello and his company have indicated intention to use newly acquired shell (in what looks like his intention to build out a financial entity) So based on this logical assumption and unique and tight share structure/float, this has legit shot at growth in a much needed area of banking/financing. Most of the lead DD is on this message board if you read sticky’s and then you can go verify on your own Is it 100% guaranteed, well nothing is but it certainly looks to have a real shot at a title fight. IMHO

Hey Retireat40: >>DCGD 3-31-19 FYR 10Q >>>

Cash on hand fiscal year ending 01-31-2019
$25.. I repeat $25 at a stock price of 0.002 on July 1, 2019.
That is where we started.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=13294923&guid=0ACxUpiQAeGq-yh

If this hedge fund (GRN Funds LLC) wants to fill it with 1.5 Billion in assets, then what is it worth to you to buy any stock at?
We ain't buying into LAST quarter's earnings report..
It's the
presumption of what the next filing will look like.

I can assure you it is more than $25 cash.
So if you wonder why the excitement on here is at these levels?

My decision was July 2 when documents and SOS were found.
Then others came forward and it was liking playing "Where's Waldo" last week. I haven't had so much fun in a long time.
Had we found something?
Surely something does not add up. Moving a Private LLC to a Public
entity. Making the value of your company increase in value by a fact of 10.

Damn. This guy is smart>> Harvard MBA. This successful at age 37.

That’s why I play with freebies

Managed to sell 1/3 over .30 and 1/3 over .25 which gave a huge profit and freebies

It has to do with comfort level and sleeping at night

Not just the working theory.

Evidently that is the working theory.

Read here:

In 8K:

(a) On June 20, 2019, GRN Funds, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, and its manager and Chief Executive Officer, Justin Costello, purchased a total of 139 million shares of the Registrant’s common stock representing 55.65% of this issued and outstanding shares, in a private transaction with Stephen Flechner and David Cutler. As a result of the closing of the transaction on June 25, 2019, GRN Funds, LLC and Mr. Costello acquired a majority of the issued shares eligible to vote. The total purchase price of $300,000 was paid in cash by GRN Funds, LLC.

In Form 3:

https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/discovery-gold-corp-pn-DCGD/stock-news/80258789/initial-statement-of-beneficial-ownership-3

Reporting Owners

Reporting Owner Name / Address

GRN Funds, LLC
1000 2ND AVENUE, SUITE 3900
SEATTLE, WA 98104

So GRN Funds LLC is clearly stated in 8K and Form 3. If Justin Costello were to buy those shares alone then they would not have added GRN Funds LLC above, imo.

Also GRN Holding Corporation was incorporated May 21, 2019 (see post 2919). Some posters indicated this will facilitate a merger first between GRN Funds LLC and GRN Holding Corp.

Waiting to see next filings.
