I didn’t see Arca today on l1. He was posted at .14 all day.

Last time I saw Arca with a t-trade was on March 12th for 650k shares. Trading in .04. Range. After he disappeared during this time it was very bullish going up to the .10 then when he re-entered l2 and shares starting being dumped is when run stopped and went full on bear mode. I believe when Arca vanishes from l2 the market conditions will be optimal for a run then. Gltua
