Not sure what to think at this point. It appears that LRS is using the digester and should be paying ECOS, therefore ECOS has funds to pay accountants to get their books up to date, and also as a duty to shareholders inform about what is going on. If they are purposely not reporting to keep us at 1's until all the ducks are in a row - then that would be illegal unless they have filed a form with the SEC stating that they are in a quiet period - which as far as i know they have not.
