There was an offering plus there were preferred shares. As far as I can tell the OS doubled after that 84m day. I believe just offering plus preferred were converted. No idea on warrants except warrants had to be paid to convert and the Current price is likely below the strike price

People do not realize or what happens?
that there is little financial culture in the markets.
surely today 90% of sales are minority.
