It is not indicative of a "quiet period". Rather it is indicative of a "hiding out period".

Apparently they have quietly de registered with the SEC so filing is not required.

And let’s face it they continue to blabber away on their twitter account plenty of financial information. I would hardly call that quiet.


I suspect Mark knows plenty are pissed now with his ever changing story about when those financials are coming out. And know that question will be raised again. Same with when will they announce a new auditor.
