Upon completion of Phase 1 clinical trails with positive results, buyout offer will happen IMO. Also Vet division will be split off and get buyout as well, most likely by VCA.

While I think it is good to temper expectations, PF* did just buy A**Y for $10.64 billion dollars or $48 dollars a share.

A**Y had revenue of $174 million.

A**Y had about 212 million shares outstanding and about $2 a share in cash ans short term investments($412 million)

A**Y is working on cancer drugs.
