Confirmed! No offense BinDaddy but I have a habit of independently confirming information found on social media.

I contacted Justin on LinkedIn on Saturday last week and again today simply to confirm the contents of the 8-K, the contact information on the DCGD OTC page, and the picture you posted on twitter. He confirmed all this publicly available information is real. Below is a screenshot of my very short exchange with him this morning.
