The Sec would be aware of both companies since Joseph signs for both companies License etc on the SEC reporting. Darin and Joseph are smarter than the public shareholders! When he signs the 10K's all the legal content is present and the SEC is fully aware of it, the rest of the accusations by some is unproven they can't prove transactions of where the money is going. Very simple. Darin and Joseph are smart and the shareholders not so much. Sorry about your 500 bucks!!! but according to some post the shareholders were bragging about holding Billions and Billions of shares so there are some major losses here. GLTU!!
