GNCC CAPITAL, INC. – FILING OF Q3 REPORT
Las Vegas, NV, July 9, 2019, GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC: GNCP) (“The Company” or “GNCC”) undertook to complete and file the Quarterly Report for the Nine Months Ended June 30, 2019 as well as the OTC Markets Disclosure Statement on July 9, 2019.
We issue this statement as we wish our shareholders to understand that meeting our commitments to our shareholders is incredibly important to ourselves. Simply put, certain fairly material third party information was not provided to ourselves today as was promised.
Shareholders may rest assured that the Q3 Filing will be uploaded by the close of business this week complete with the required OTC Disclosure Statement. This will record and reflect each and every transaction up to and including the close of business on Thursday July 11, 2019.
We will point out that the Q3 is only required to be filed by August 15, 2019; we elected to file immediately and in the interests of full transparency.
