When the avg daily volume is only 20k and you have 75k shares sold on the Bid within a 2 minute timeframe, yes...it appears to me as a dump.

It is a curious transaction when the 10K is due any day now.

that is about ten times the average volume. that, I think can be described as "dumping" in this stock
