Expect completion and certificate of occupancy 3rd quarter.. July 1st - Sept 30 per previous filing. So could be any day really. Like swamp said, someone bought over 3 mil shares at a low price so there is still interest. Smart people aren't going to slap this into oblivion. Just load silently.
