Well as waggs has said before...and I agree with it..."you only get one shot and they wanna get it right"...that's why it has taken so long...I dont buy the argument that waggs wants more vacation time...more salary time etc...he has shares and I am sure he wants pps to rise up...up...up...so he can retire.
