Interesting, but unfortunately it looks like Continental's stock price was already over $4 when that first debt financing was announced in January 2017; the run-up in price started about a year earlier (at least per the chart I pulled up). Curious what happened in early 2016 to start the climb.
And it was over $10 back in 2011 but I suspect that's neither here nor there.
Regardless, I'm still of the belief that financing will happen in the next few months (and possibly this month). If not I will likely reassess my holdings.
