Sure it is, the float is being diluted, the market of shares has been diluted. Either way nobody is concerned about the OS when shares are being dumped into the market at hundreds of millions at a time.
By they way never said dilution, so it appears yet again, adding something to the conversation that was not in the original post..lol..
