Shares held at the dtc went up by 21 million shares over the past 45 days. Someone moved 21 million free trading shares from paper certificates into ready to trade position. But its not those people selling....VERT a known dilutor is always on the ASK selling but its not those people selling...its all just market maker tricks. Good luck with that smh.
