That’s the 3rd amendment it refers to.

There is no mention in this letter about the net worth sweep. The original en banc hearing January 23 was all about the NWS.

What I don’t understand is that it now seems Calabria supports the NWS and FHFA after years of saying it was unconstitutional. I’m so confused, angry, and at my wits end over 10 years of this debacle.
