Why wouldn't RNVA trade above 0.01?

Example APRU

APRU 0.0149

APRU SECURITY DETAILS Share Structure

Authorized Shares 49,830,000,000 12/31/2018
Outstanding Shares 20,385,166,282 12/31/2018

Has something changed?

“Loading for August Run up 5000% or more. imo

Expecting $50M MC based on the size of the revenues.

Current Market cap is less than $1M”

I actually must agree,

There is no confidence with this stock currently, which is why I happen to like it enough. The stocks that run the hardest always come out of left field, when everybody has their head turned.

Oddly enough I feel like the company already knows this....and is prepping for something large. Why else would you do a RS and then announce another one back to back when it was stated in the last Q that there is more than enough shares in the AS to cover all debts.

Performing another RS will be financial suicide for Seamus and Rennova. That is unless the RS is followed by a AS reduction or some sort of retirement of shares. Both of which could be plausible from here since it doesn’t make sense to constantly convert and keep screwing over shareholders using the same old excuses....it’s been almost 5 years of shit for them and somehow they are still going. Somebody (and that somebody apparently has big $$$$$$) has gotten wind of something that makes their investment in Rennova worthwhile enough to do bridge loans and “guarantee” financing....something the likes of which becomes very rare for a pinky. Only a fool would say stay away from pink sheets. Why would you not trade a security that is liquid and had the ability to produce returns in a private equity type manner? (granted...trading pink sheets requires daily interaction and I wouldn’t suggest them to anybody looking for longer term investment)

Investment grade for me are strictly securities that hold a note or collateral that can be collected on (dividends or payments) and I do not have to watch the daily trading for sentiment. I just have to watch the interest rates and LIBOR
To get a idea on how the market is.
I still say real estate is best long term investment because of the tax benefits and if timed properly, many can make a killing through appreciation.
Hospitals are the #1 money maker in terms of real estate assets. And luckily from what their filings say RNVA has legitimate real assets.
#2 would parking lots in highly trafficked or heavily populated tourist destinations. Aka NYC or Seaside Heights NJ during the beach season. You don’t even need a building or pavement to charge for parking. No real liability.
#3 is commercial/industrial real estate leasing. Just because of NNN leases and the you can also charge Cam fees. You can also put in the lease that you can take a small % of net profit or gross income to cover the cost of “escalation” which is basically ensuring that your investment will always go up as the norm is 3.5% (pretty much a guaranteed raise!) Mix that in with virtually tax free enterprise and you have tenant that pays you for 10-20years and all you do is collect a check. The NNN tenants also pay their own taxes.
This is why congress introduced the 1031 exchange.....

I’ll say it again....At some point he has to produce a return, otherwise he is pretty much guaranteeing RNVA’s failure in the future. There will be no new group or new round of investors as some think as I’m sure there will be some here that will make sure that doesn’t happen.

The fact that selling has come to a screeching halt, and the fact that there is delays in filings when they have money and resources to do so only makes me wonder more on the eventual reveal.

This long chess match is most definitely in the end game. Sacrifices have been made already and the final pieces are being corned. The questions that still remains are:
1. Who is moving RNVA pieces?
2. Is RNVA playing chess against themselves? (This guarantees a win for RNVA)
3. Lastly, who’s giving RNVA direction to move their pieces? Are they working with another player behind the scenes?

I feel the answers will come sooner than we think. Way too much attention on a pink sheet that never should have had any. Hospital closings aren’t new...they have been going on since Obamacare started. What struck me as odd was the fact that Hanahman in Philadelphia worked out a deal with the city to keep the doors open and this other Politician window didn’t care to step up for his community.
