VOIP5000, Inc. Retires 50 Million Shares Back to Treasurey and Requests NOBO List

PROVIDENCE, RI--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 21, 2006 -- VOIP5000, Inc. (Other OTC:VPFI.PK - News), a provider of click to call services under the Clixme name as well as other VoIP applications for online businesses, announced today that it has ordered a current list of Non Objecting Beneficial Owners (NOBO) from ADP in order to compare with DTC reports to find the actual number of shares outstanding and the number of holders of the company's shares.
"I wanted to alert shareholders as to the exact number of shares in the current float," said CEO Fotis Georgiadis. "We are committed to protecting the interests of our shareholders," he continued.

The company also retired 50 million shares to the treasury. "This measure will provide a non-dilutive means to increasing shareholder value," he continued.
