in RE to the number of labs. I am pissed at EVIO for lack of transparency and lack of financials. I'm pissed at the for these failures of management.

I will say that the laws in CA changed the game plan 'bigly' EVIO had planned to open to major 'hub labs' in Cali and more 'spoke' labs. The plan, as I recall, was 6 labs in Cali. After said plan the CA law made the hub and spoke model illegal. All product, by law, had to be tested in one single lab.

I also do not see EVIO buying any more labs any time soon as they are lacking cash. Right now I suspect EVIO is going to move towards the Steep Hill model of franchising.
