VNDM has been there on a limited basis and my best guess is he is selling for a debt holder.

Not sure how much debt this shell has, I know it isn't much, but it is nothing to be concerned about. The stock with any decent buying moves in almost half penny increments.

That is not a sign of massive dilution.

Only thing VNDM is doing is making a market here no selling shares. This baby is going to the Mooooon!

VNDM is not always a diluter, in fact the VNDM you see on the bid and the ask is trading through a company I trade through. After the first run up over .04 I sold a small amount of shares, and VNDM was my MM for the transaction. There's no dilution here right now. My broker who I trade with said he had a few clients buying lots of shares under .01 Pretty soon this thing is going to take off. Just be sure you have your position.
