Years back i remember several OTC companies were delisting themselves from the German exchange because of strange trading that was coming from German accounts. A person could easily short from Germany, but not sure if this is still true.
These guys have offices and do business in Europe so they likely saw a benefit in having the stock listed there, but there is some strange trading on this stock and i dont think its coming from Canada (NITE:CN) which has less volume: https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NITE.CN/
There does not appear to be much volume in Germany, but they could be routing though ARCA, which is not an MM, its an ECN that Direct Access traders can use: https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/98aa.f?ltr=1
There are also other ECNs on this stock, which are not common on most pennies.... AND they all move together on L2 (same exact time), often with the same exact quantities. 30K, etc.
Just speculation, but a German broker might be placing orders through ARCA for some investor or group and they are selling into the increased activity... and if someone wanted to short there is not enough volume in Germany, Its all coming from the USA, hence the need to use a Direct Access ECN
I dont think they get the news/DD over there, easily. So someone could be making a serious mistake if true... This could be a mass diluting scam (like most cryptos) and see a 1000% run if BTC shoots to new highs. EVERYTHING in this sector will run, but this one is cleaner than most.
... add a large short into the mix, trying to cover while millions of shares are getting accumulated at the same time and this will get CRAZY
