Now Uncle Dicky owes the bank about $11K a month just in loan payments. ( Doesn’t count operating expenses ) And the same two guys who were running it are still there. On top of that, the only assets we know of are the Intellectual Rights and name. The IC is produced by a co-packer, so there goes more profit lost. The old factory is owned by his cousin, the Brewer and it’s now a museum. ( No association with the IC business)
