IMO in order to be legal and or legitimate, they better have documentation otherwise they are just another junk scam stock and a candidate for delisting. This is one of the longest running scams I've seen in a while. I suspect RUSHNET with these characters is lacking in documentation to even make an SEC filing so it will never go anywhere, it will remain a pump and dump scam. The OTC requirements are not as stringent as SEC requirements so they get away with a lot more.
