Exactly MTL, and Peak One also agreed to a settlement agreement to cancel any remaining balances due on their notes as well as cancel/retire their warrants and potential warrants conversions...but they, unlike FirstFire and Crown Bridge, didn't agree to provide VYST with $200K in private placement financing at a .15 cent strike price.
