Filing with the SEC would bring in more investors and it would help the share price. If they are not filing with the SEC simply because they do not have to, then that guaranteed means that they have something to hide (that would be uncovered by filing with the SEC). This stock is uninvestable UNTIL financials are filed with the SEC. Period.
