sdvi This is the problem in this Penny Stock market? It is either feast or famine most of the time, with famine winning-out time after time! Not only is it tough to develop, then Patent a product, but selling it to people who have a Terrible view of the P-Stock Genre, takes a lot of salesmanship?

In our case with the Knoton for example, buyers are wary of the long term outlook of the Company, and their ability to fulfill their promises? If we fold-up for instance, where do the Customers go to find support if problems arise? We might not be able to offer good support even if we remain a soluble Company?

Then we must be able to either manufacture the product on our own, (Remember, there is 3D printing available now,) or have a quality and reliable manufacturer do the job for us! Customers need much more than a PRODUCT in their hands! They need assurances that the backup plan will work out in the long term! Then they must have a Company to send back a defective product for repair or replacement, or calling a Customer Service person for whatever reason! Not only necessary things like that, but the costs it requires as well!

To me, we are in a lull, maybe caused by one of the factors just mentioned, or for some other unforeseen Business reason Inas never even thought of... maybe insurance costs or maybe just being short of enough money to keep the manufacturer happy? Then since we aren't selling much of anything right now as far as Core products go, so we may lose vital suppliers or personnel?

There are many stresses going on behind the scenes, and that is normal for any Company, but can be catastrophic for a Penny Stock company? Like I mentioned before, ONE really good contract is needed to propel us into the very rare Penny Stock condition of success? Maybe we are working out the complexities of Commercialization right now, where the going is a tough one to be sure, for each associated Company has demands that must be met, and sticking points exist that must be removed somehow? How does a Penny Stock with little financial resources make it through the tough Commercialization process without any backup help of any kind? Maybe selling the Knoton or Morpheus products to individuals rather than companies or complicated entities, I don't know! But now, we are like where we were when developing the products, huge complications to overcome!

Then maybe Patents have to be established, for who wants to deal with a Company who is selling products without a solid Patent backing it up? Time is ticking SDVI, something has to happen within the next few months IMO? GLTA..
