Also Jason had no control over the past financials and is currently working on getting those updated. Since he has been CEO here he chose to hold meetings with noteholders first then work on updating the fins publicly. There was a specific reason why he did this... He explained those reasons in emails and tweets.
Sounds like the fins are ready to be released along with more info on share structure (reduction) plus more news on Hu Logix.
Everything looks to be in good shape here... just need some patience. Takes some time to clean up old managements mess.
