You should do the estimates prior to (or in absence of) the merger so that the SIAF mgmt can see what opportunities the are missing out if they don't merge. :-D
there is no "yasheng" and if you actually met them.... WE HAVE IN GANSU, SHANGHAI AND CALIFONIA AT OUR AND THEIR OFFICES and then went through our DD in China with multi PE/VC funds.... you would know what we know and not have paraded people to -99%losses in both securities.
