This looks like a walkback of Otting's advisory to the court. This looks like hardball, no settlement still pending, fight goes to SCOTUS stuff.

Need to see the full filing to gauge.

The timing of Hume's entreaty to GOV followed by this stunning announcement are not coincidental, IMO. Looks like settlement talks collapsed, GOV said no to an all or nothing deal, so GOV is going to drag this through the mud at SCOTUS for another year or two and leave JPS in limbo as punishment for greed. THERE CAN BE NO RECAP WHILE LAWSUITS ARE OUTSTANDING. TOO MUCH RISK TO INVESTORS.

Blame Wall Street for inability to reprivatize? No a bad campaign slogan to explain why Larry the Cableguy couldn't "git 'er done!"

Does anyone have a link please?

Can you enter a guilty plea than change it to not guilty 6 months later?

Doesn't seem like you can go to court withholding the constitutional part than change your mind 6 months later.

This reaks of gov't seeing verdict already and tying to change it and or delay it for another 6 months or years.

If this is real, what's gonna happen?

I hope court denies it and releases en banc ruling anyways. IMO

What exactly does it mean?
"new leadership has discovered a issue with constitutionality of this?"

The judges reply should be stop wasting the court's time and say we've realized its illegal so b4 u rule we would like to do the right thing as in right now ....

Not tomorrow right now.
