Looks like for a period to be determined by sales, MDTR is locked into a purchase/manufacturing tenet with polymation at a premium above what the previous regime was paying polymation.
Since MDTR now owns the IP/Patent, getting the molds should be a secondary concern to the acquisition of the necessary raw materials to make the product as it conforms to specific gov't requirements.
