Generally in a penny stock most people buy at the ask when they just really want the stock right away. People who really do not care either way will try to buy at the BID.(lower price) BUT since LVXI went to NO INSIDE BID, that means even the market makers won't buy your stock. When a stock has a bid, the market makers has to buy your stock at the bid price. !!!
