Disclosed to you? Its in the filings man and it was effective dec 27, not in Jan. You literally just said it was done in Feb when it was done in dec 18. I dont understand how that can be so confusing. I’ll say, It sounds REAL CONVENIENT for those shares to be coming off restriction at the exact same time the naysayers are out in full force. Hmmmm
