Thai, you've been around long enough to know that this news is definitely a material event. Or, at least you should know. This press was the last piece that directly ties us to ALL of the companies that we've been doing DD on for the last 4 years.

Up to this point, we have only been able to loosely tie Element Global to Element Global Mining Group; now, we have direct confirmation of ALL of the subsidiaries of Element International Group, Inc coming into ELGL! All of the John Laviolette Element companies as found on the California SOS website, which includes the Element Media Group company that we've been able to tie directly to Sam Nazarian!!!

Get READY!!!! Actually, I take that back...I don't care if anyone else is ready...I'm ready and if you're not then TOO BAD!
