They are not trying to attract new investors...that costs money...they are very close to filing the IND...when approved it will be posted on many medical websites and word of mouth will begin to attract new investors ...everyone loves a stock under the radar...rumors may start and that will blow pps out of water...especially for a clinical trial for an unmet need. Right now, it's just a waiting game...its do your dd and decision making time...jmo
