I agree, if the AS was not lowered I would be selling as the plan would be to dilute common shareholders. These guys own 70% of the commons so whatever the plans are are affecting them the most. I think they want this ticker to be in the dollars, not pennies and they want control of it which is a great sign. Looking forward to what's coming here.
